From 21–24 July 2026, Xinyi Trading Group participated in Food & Hospitality Indonesia Expo (FHI) 2026 through a collaboration with Sapta Tri Cakrawala (STC). At the event, Xinyi Trading Group introduced several robots from KEENON Robotics to visitors as solutions designed to support the operational needs of businesses.
Food & Hospitality Indonesia Expo (FHI) is one of Indonesia’s leading trade exhibitions, bringing together businesses and professionals from the food, beverage, and hospitality industries. At its 20th edition in 2026, FHI showcased the latest innovations, solutions, and technology trends supporting industry development, including advancements in cleaning, digital technology, and smart manufacturing.
Through this collaboration, Xinyi Trading Group introduced two KEENON robots at the Sapta Tri Cakrawala booth, namely DinerBot T10S and ButlerBot W3. The presence of these two robots provided an opportunity to demonstrate how robotic technology can be used in everyday business operations, particularly to improve efficiency, maintain consistent service, and support businesses with repetitive tasks.
“We see service robots as more than just a technological innovation. They are also practical solutions that can help businesses improve efficiency and create better service experiences for their customers. Through events like FHI, we want to introduce more businesses to the benefits that service robots can offer and demonstrate how robots can become part of their day-to-day operations,” said Alvin Ong, Founder of Xinyi Trading Group.
At the event, DinerBot T10S demonstrated that its function goes beyond simply delivering food. The screen on the front of the robot can also be used as a promotional platform for businesses, displaying information, promotions, or other content that businesses want to share with customers. In this way, DinerBot T10S not only supports daily operations but can also add value to a business’s promotional activities.
Meanwhile, ButlerBot W3 offers a more flexible delivery solution while maintaining privacy. With its enclosed compartments, W3 can transport various items while helping keep them secure and clean until they reach the customer’s room. W3 can also travel between floors by using elevators independently, making the delivery process more convenient without requiring human assistance.
The collaboration between Sapta Tri Cakrawala and Xinyi Trading Group at FHI 2026 is part of an effort to introduce service robots to more businesses across Indonesia, while demonstrating how automation technology can help businesses manage their day-to-day operational needs more efficiently.
