Bali Hospital Expo 2026 was held from 15–17 July 2026, at BSCC (Bali Sunset Road Convention Center). The exhibition featured a range of medical equipment, technologies, and solutions designed to support the needs of hospitals. It also provided an opportunity for various stakeholders in the healthcare sector to explore the latest developments and innovations that can be applied in hospital environments.
On this occasion, Aktivo and United Teknologi Integrasi participated in the event by presenting various solutions for hospital needs. With support from Xinyi Trading Group, ButlerBot W3 from KEENON Robotics was introduced to visitors as a technology solution that can help with day-to-day operations in hospital environments.
ButlerBot W3 is designed to assist with the delivery of items automatically and efficiently. With its enclosed compartment, W3 can transport various operational items while helping maintain their privacy, security, and cleanliness throughout the delivery process. W3 can also transport items from one area to another, including moving between floors by using elevators independently without requiring human assistance.
According to Alvin Ong, Founder of Xinyi Trading Group, hospitals have various operational tasks that can be supported by robotic technology, particularly tasks that are performed routinely and repeatedly.
“Hospitals have many operational activities that need to be carried out regularly, including delivering items from one area to another. With autonomous technology such as ButlerBot W3, these tasks can be supported by robots, allowing hospital staff to focus more on their primary responsibilities. We see great potential for service robots in Indonesia to help improve the operational efficiency of hospitals.”
The presence of ButlerBot W3 at Bali Hospital Expo 2026 demonstrates how service robots can be used to support everyday tasks in hospitals, particularly routine and repetitive delivery processes.
